Privacy Policy

Publisher: Netdev Effective: June 21, 2026 Last updated: June 21, 2026

Netdev ("we," "us," "our") develops and publishes mobile applications (the "Apps"). This policy applies to all of our Apps offered on Google Play. Your privacy is a priority, because our Apps are designed to work with your Google account and your own Google Drive.

In short. We use no third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), no advertising networks, and no tracking technologies. The content you create stays in your own Google Drive account, and we keep no copy of it on our servers. Certain features, such as health data and authentication, are enabled only with your explicit consent.

1Information we collect

Our Apps collect the minimum needed to operate. Features vary by app, so the items below apply according to the app and the features you use.

a) Information you provide

b) Content stored in Google Drive

The content you create is synced and kept in your personal Google Drive account, accessible through your Google account. The App uses this storage solely to save and sync your content across your devices, with your authorization. We keep no copy of this content on servers we control. This storage is governed by Google's privacy policy.

c) Biometric authentication (fingerprint and face)

When an App uses biometric authentication, it is handled entirely by your Android device, locally on the device. The App never receives, sees, or stores your biometric data. It only receives a success or failure confirmation.

d) Information processed by Google

Google may collect diagnostic, performance, and usage data on an aggregated, anonymized basis under its policy. Google Play may also provide us aggregate, anonymous statistics (via the Google Play Console) that do not identify you.

What we don't do. We use no third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), no advertising networks, and no cross-app trackers. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

2How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you for advertising.

3Google and Google Play

Our Apps rely on Google's platform services. The third parties involved are therefore Google and Google Play, whose services may include the following:

Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We integrate no other third-party service, meaning no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no tracking technologies.

4Health data (Health Connect)

One of our Apps may, with your explicit authorization, access certain data from Health Connect by Google, namely your heart rate, calories, age, and sex.

5Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. We disclose it only in the following situations:

6Data retention

The content you create is stored in your personal Google Drive account and remains under your control. You can delete it at any time within the App or by managing your Google Drive. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings (Security, then third-party access). Because this content lives in your Google Drive, we keep no copy of it. Any support communications are retained only as long as needed to respond.

7Security

Content stored in Google Drive and data managed through Health Connect are protected by Google's and your device's security measures. We also implement reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Because most of your data lives in your Google Drive or in Health Connect, you can exercise several of these rights directly through your Google account and your device. For any other request, email us at support.appdev@proton.me.

These rights arise under laws such as Law 25 (Quebec), PIPEDA (Canada), the GDPR (EEA and UK), and CCPA and CPRA (California), where applicable.

9Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10International transfers

Google Drive storage and related services are provided by Google, which may process data in various countries under its own policy. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards apply.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
